The University of Hull, Consultants, Professional Services Framework, 2018 – 2020
We were appointed to the Cost Management Framework to support the University’s ambitious £200m capital works programme.
Projects delivered under the framework include:
- New Engineering Building – RIBA 1 to 4 (£12m budget)
- Unit 3F Refurbishment – RIBA 3 to 6 (£500k)
- Westfield Court Refurbishment – RIBA 1 to 6 (£1m)
- Media Hub (£1.5m)
- EEI Ground Floor Refurbishment – RIBA 1 to 6 (£750k)
- Water Main Diversion/Replacement – RIBA 3 to 6 (£350k)
- EEI First Floor Refurbishment (£750k)
- Laboratory Relocations (various)
- Project ARK – development of brief, optioneering & business case RIBA 1 (civil engineering)
