We were awarded a place on the Sheffield Hallam University (SHU) professional services framework for Project Administrator, Quantity Surveying and CDM-Coordinator services in 2009. The framework period covered February 2009 to February 2011.
Adsetts – Phases 2 & 3 and Collegiate Learning Centre Refurbishments. This suite of projects was the refurbishment of existing spaces to create social learning and bookable group learning facilities at the 24 hour city campus learning centre.
Owen Level 2 – The Owen Building is the main building at City Campus. It provides learning facilities for the Faculty of Development and Society, the Sheffield Business School and the Faculty of Health and Wellbeing.
PED Building – a design and build Post Experience Development (PED) facility to enable the University to conduct standard and non-standard teaching. Value £1.5m.
We were involved with the above projects at pre-contract stage in support of Main Contracting organisations. We were appointed to review tender documents, contract conditions and prepare pricing documents prior to the submission of tenders.
