Leeds Beckett University, Consultants, Professional Services Framework, Cost Management, 2016 – 2020
We were privileged to be appointed the sole supplier of cost management and quantity surveying services to the University Estates Department under a NEC3 Framework Agreement for Professional Services for a second time. Our scope of service included cost management, contract advice, NEC3 contract administration, professional services appointments, M&E services cost management, procurement strategy, trade negotiations, auditing and capital plan forecasting.
Projects included a new build city center Creative Arts (£90m) building (14,500 m2), the Carnegie Teaching and Research (£45m) building (8,500 m2) and a semi-permanent / temporary modular build for the Carnegie School of Education (£2m). Early feasibility studies for a Beckett Park campus master plan, including student hub/Heart of Campus and a City Campus Heart.
