Old School Lofts as it is now known comprised the refurbishment of 66 existing housing association units within the Grade II former West Leeds High School in Armley, to luxury residential apartments. With a wealth of original features this is an attractive and popular residential building. The project comprised the sympathetic refurbishment to communal areas, new kitchens and finishes to apartments, hard and soft landscaping. The works were carried out within a live building environment.
